1. Scheduling & Contact Information

​

Request for any Marketing Service appointments should be submitted via Phone Call or Text to (951)317-9289 or via email to TheDroneProjects@gmail.com with as much detail as possible. Next or Same day appointments are available depending on the availability of the photographers. Once both parties have acknowledged the date and time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered “booked”.

 

2. At the "Appointment"

The Client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the appointment to approve Drone & Projects Media & Marketing’s interpretation of the project. If a Client or a representative is not present, Drone & Projects Media & Marketing’s interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. If the "appointment" is for Real Estate; Drone & Projects Media & Marketing will make a reasonable effort to remove litter, stray objects, etc. from the rooms; however please note that this does not include things like making beds or arranging furniture. Agents are expected to have the property's staging and cleaning completed prior to the "appointment". All properties will be shot “As Is.” Your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph. Absent your input, Drone & Projects Media & Marketing will use their best judgment and experience to decide how to best photograph the property.

 

3. After the "Appointment"

Once the Materials have been captured, Drone & Projects Media & Marketing team will perform Post-Production or as prior agreed and deliver the Final products at the date discussed and agreed. Delivery is via Google Drive to the email address(es) the client supplies. All Materials will meet a resolution usable for internet and print as requested by the Client.

4. Payment Information

​

Payment is required prior to the delivery of the Materials, unless otherwise specified. For your convenience, most ways of payment are accepted such as, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash.

5. Cancellation, No-Show and Inclement Weather Policy

​

We understand things happen, if cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a $50.00 Cancellation Fee.  Every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduling. In the event of inclement weather preventing the Services, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time with no Fee.

6. Rights & Usage

​

All Materials produced for a Client may be used by the Client for any and all marketing material and campaigns associated with the project and for the Client’s self promotion. The Materials may also be used by the Client’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property or brand. Ownership of the Materials remains with Drone & Projects Media & Marketing, and license is granted only to the Client and Client’s parent company, and not to any third party. Any usage of the Materials by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by Drone & Projects Media & Marketing.
